Covid-19 Pre-Appointment Questionnaire
Your health, safety and well-being is of utmost importance to us and we would kindly ask you complete the following questionnaire at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. In completing this questionnaire before your visit you agree to us holding this data on file along with your client consultation form in line with our existing GDPR policy.

Sensitivity Patch Testing
All clients are advised that a sensitivity patch test is required 48 hours prior to all Lash Lifting, Lash Tinting and Brow Tinting appointments.
Cancellations & Booking Fees
Should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice so that the scheduled time can be offered to another client on our waiting list. We reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable booking fee when booking an appointment to secure our time and this will be deducted from the cost of your appointment. Should a non-refundable booking fee be taken, and less than 24 hours notice of cancellation given then the booking fee will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
Gift vouchers are available for purchase. They are redeemable against all treatments and products and are valid for six months from date of purchase.
We accept payment via Cash, PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card.
